uCamps collaborates with middle and high school performing arts teachers for 3 day/2 night team-building and artistic development retreats in the fall.
These retreats are aimed at unifying the members of your department, and providing everyone with powerful shared experiences and tools that greatly impact the classroom culture afterward.
We work with teachers to design a personalized program that will most benefit the students. We also handle just about every detail including, but not limited to:
registration, transportation, site booking, food, lodging, curriculum, and staffing.
Best of all: students don't have to miss ANY school to attend!

Students board the bus after school on Friday and travel to the retreat site where they are treated to some ice breaker games/activities before enjoying a delicious dinner. After dinner, there's team building and an evening campfire.
Saturday starts with a group warm up in nature, followed by a day filled with artistic masterclasses and a variety of entertainment. In the evening, students are treated to a traditional hoedown dance and the night concludes with music and s’mores around the campfire.
Sunday begins with fresh air and morning fun. Students pack up after breakfast, and the weekend concludes with a touching closing ceremony before boarding the bus and heading back to school.
