At uCamps we’re doing all we can to help you get to camp. We now have a way you can earn that extra scholarship money to help even more! uCampers: Bring this form to school, church/temple or around your neighborhood! uParents: This form makes it easy for your friends, family or colleagues at work to donate!

If you don’t personally need financial assistance but would like to help collect donations for those in need, we encourage you to do so! Any extra donations will be added to our general scholarship fund & will be used to send others to camp who wouldn’t be able to attend without community support.



How to use your "Do-It-Yourself Scholarship" Form:

  • Fill out the Scholarship Form with uCamper’s name, phone number, email & parent’s name (so we know who the donations go to!)

  • Fill in Donor’s names, address, phone number, amount donated & payment type

  • Be sure to REGISTER for camp ASAP when you have the non-refundable deposit amount of $200 (per week registered)! WE WILL SELL OUT! So in order to SAVE YOUR SPOT at camp while you collect donations, you must register online at www.uCamps.org/registration.

  • Turn in your filled-out scholarship form along with all checks (made payable to uCamps) NO LATER THAN JUNE 1st to:

Credit Card payments can be made over the phone either by YOU or the Donor by calling 415.240.6852

Mail in payments all together, please do not turn in payments as you go! Deposits should be made when you register, but all other payments should be turned in all at once.
