The L.I.T. Program is a dynamic leadership training for students interested in bettering themselves and the world around them. Students interested in working for uCamps MUST complete the L.I.T. Program before being considered for a position. This two week training program is a ton of fun and everybody who participates learns a lot about themselves and leaves having made new friends and having created lifelong memories while at the same time gaining the skills required to be successful in college and in the workplace.
